History

Custom Staffing, Inc. began as a 2-person office in Lima, Ohio placing industrial job seekers in full time positions in 1989. Working with a local packaging company as our sole account, our reputation grew throughout the area as a leading staffing agency. Our growing customer base enabled us to add additional offices in Findlay, Marysville, and Bellefontaine, Ohio. We have also developed new areas to expand our business. Custom Staffing now places applicants within four divisions: Industrial, Medical, Clerical and Technical.

Today, Custom Staffing operates seven offices and offers a wide range of employment opportunities to job seekers of every skill level.

Looking toward the future, Custom Staffing will continue its success by opening new offices in the west central Ohio area. In addition, growth in Information Technology and Professional Placement will spearhead other new and exciting products and services that will benefit our entire customer base.
