Our ultimate goal is to provide our customers with the opportunity to focus on their core business while leaving all staffing issues to us. Payroll Administration

  • Allows our customers to place their permanent employees on our payroll, which enables them to focus on what's really important-their core business-not the burden of payroll, taxes and the other consuming administrative tasks.
  • Custom Staffing assumes all payroll responsibilities; we pay federal, state and local taxes, Worker's Compensation and Unemployment Contributions, issue checks and compile weekly reports as desired by our customer's management team.
  • Custom Staffing provides simple weekly invoicing with copies of all employee timecards to ensure accuracy.

Employee Recruitment/Retention

  • Custom Staffing recruits temporary and direct hire employees for the following industries: Industrial, Medical, Clerical and Technical.
  • We provide the necessary workforce to help industry cope with the demands of the peaks and valleys of their specific industry.
  • Each office can provide the staffing answer our customer's require-from a single employee to a highly skilled workforce.

Custom Staffing-On Site

  • Custom Staffing can provide an on site job placement coordinator for customers that require constant supervision of their temporary workforce.
  • The on site team can help manage our customer's workforce and give staffing recommendations to help elevate excess overtime.
  • No phone calls to make-Custom Staffing is there in person.

Training and Testing

  • Custom Staffing can provide industry specific training to the temporary and permanent workforce.
  • Safety training is conducted at our customer's facility if desired or can be completed at our offices if permitted.
  • Drug testing, criminal background and reference checks are provided basis upon customer expectations.
  • Every Custom Staffing office is capable of providing all OSHA mandated training as required by law.
