Technical Division Employers that desire employees from our Technical Division are looking for a highly skilled or trained individual to do very specific tasks. We recruit, test and propose a wide variety of available applicants within the construction, information technology and computer related industries. Most companies utilize our direct hire option for locating employees-the proposed applicant never works for Custom Staffing but goes to work directly for our customer. We act as the "middle man" doing all the time consuming legwork of getting employee and employer together. On occasion, our field employees work on special projects for customers; they know when the project starts, ends and the task to be completed. This allows employees to gain essential work experience before focusing on their career job search.
